Mother’s Day Yoga – Not Just for Mother’s
Saturday, May 12, 2018 from 2:00 – 3:30 pm
Join Flourish for a special yoga practice focused on honoring the ways in which we care for others and reminding ourselves of the importance of taking the time to care for ourselves.
Enjoy a spirited yoga practice followed by yoga nidra, or yoga “sleep”, an opportunity for deep relaxation and rest. Participants will receive a beautiful hand- made lava stone essential oil necklace created by Fran Simons, of Creating with a Cause, as well as enjoy refreshing drinks and sweet treats at the end of the class.
