Reclaiming Your Mental Health: Using Food as “Farmacy”
October 24-6:30 pm - 7:45 pm$175
In this 4-week group you will learn the psychological/biochemical causes of poor mental health and be provided with specific tools and a plan for how to regain it.
You will learn:
- Dietary triggers that can cause poor mental health
- How to optimize dietary choices and nutrients for brain health
- What natural remedies can decrease anxiety and improve mood
- Experience the best food choices through samples and taste testing
Workshop will be led by Frandi Mars, Integrative Health & Nutrition Coach, LCSW-C.
