Kathi Doan is a personal trainer and yoga teacher.  She received her RYT 200 from Chandra Surya Shala and teaches a variety of classes, including vinyasa, yin, gentle and restorative yoga. These classes integrate yoga practices that are specific to calming the mind and central nervous system. Stress, anxiety and negative thought patterns can create an imbalance and the intention is to cultivate tools that can swing the inner pendulum back to center, utilizing asanas (poses), essential oils, pranayama (breathing) techniques and meditation.
